Franke NMW
Inc. V.P. Sales & Marketing, Product Manager ProGuard Filtration
Systems
Division
Steve
heads the Sales Department and manages the ProGuard division
with 16 years of experience in tubular backwashable and
disposable filtration products. He holds a B.S. in Business
Management and Business Marketing from Oklahoma
State University. Steve has been married for
over 16 years and has 2 children. Enjoyable spare time activities
include golf and coaching
little league.

Bill
Frauenberger ProGuard
Field Services Manager / Applications Coordinator
Bill’s
illustrious career with NMW Inc. spans over 28 years. His humble
beginnings as a welder evolved in to other positions including
fabrication, drafting and quality control, ultimately bringing him
to his current position. His current role takes him to the four
corners of the Earth, supervising installations and providing
start-up services. Much of Bill’s “free time” is spent with
his wife of over 18 years, and
2 daughters.

Michael Morgan, P.E. ProGuard
Project Engineer /
Chemical Engineer
Michael comes from a hands-on background, having worked in both
pilot plant and production plant environments. Michael's work
lies primarily in Sales Engineering, including quoting and
technical discussions, although he does lend a hand in ongoing
Project Management

Bob
Sieber Applications
Engineer, Product Manager Nowata Filtration
Division
Bob (also known as Atomic Bob) has an extensive background in
the fabrication industry with over 28 years of experience. His
previous 12 years experience in the design and fabrication of
filtration and separation equipment compliments the Nowata
Filtration sales
team. Customizing quotes to fit customer needs is his
specialty.
Hobbies include web design, stock trading and making BBQ
sauce.

Steve Montgomery
Estimator, Nowata Filtration
Steve (a.k.a "Uncle Buck") has been with Nowata
Filtration for over 20 years. His comprehensive knowledge of the
filtration industry is complimented with an in-depth, ground
level, understanding of the filtration manufacturing business
including assembly, vessel design, systems engineering and
customer service. Outside of work, Steve enjoys playing lead
guitar in the band, gospel music and working on his newly built
home.

Clingan Inside
Sales
Manager, Nowata Filtration
Over 28
years contributing to the growth of NMW Inc., Gwen’s diversity and
familiarity with company operations give her an edge to customer
service. She says, “I enjoy the contact with customers and
distributors around the world.” Her time away from the office is
most enjoyed when helping with church activities, playing tennis,
gardening or spending time with her 4 granddaughters.

Pam
Steigerwald Inside
Sales, Nowata Filtration
We welcome Pam to the Sales and Customer Service Department. Her
B.S. from OSU, plus her 18 years of experience in the petroleum
industry, compliments the Nowata sales team. During her free
time, Pam enjoys OSU sports, Little League sports and gardening.

Evelyn
Jordan Sales
Coordinator
Evelyn
supports the sales department in so many ways that she is indispensable around here.
A few of her many responsibilities include: literature
coordination, catalog assembly & distribution, generation
of quarterly and year-end sales reports, plus document
regulation and coordination. Outside of work, she enjoys
gardening, keeping up with her grandson's activities and
helping with church related computer matters.
