Effective October 1, 2009, Due to the acquisition of NMW, Inc. by MAHLE Industrial Filtration, a US division of MAHLE GmbH. the name of the corporation has been changed from NMW, Inc. to Mahle Industrial Filtration USA, Inc.
Mahle Industrial Filtration USA, Inc. remains an autonomous “C-Corporation” and retains the same Federal Employer Identification Number and Exemptions, the same management team and will continue to operate as in the past. We continue to exclusively build industrial filtration equipment under the stringent requirements of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers Pressure Vessel Code.

"Nothing has really changed other than the name change. We continue to sell under the Nowata Filtration and ProGuard Filtration Systems logos. The same great people will be working with you and you should expect the same great service and attention." Darren Morgan, Vice-President of Operations.

 May 1, 2009 - New  Product Launch:  

Nowata Filtration is pleased to introduce a new range of high flow filter elements and a complimentary range of high flow filter housings designed for the refining, chemical, petrochemical and oil and gas industries. This new range of high performance products is being launched to coincide with the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) being held next week in Houston, Texas.

NEW - Trapper HF Series Elements

The new Trapper HF Series filter elements are designed to provide high flow rates and high contaminant holding capacities at minimal initial pressure drops. The elements are constructed of 100% polypropylene filter media with polypropylene center core, end caps and a rigid outer cage. The innovative pleat structure of this Trapper element optimizes filter life while minimizing initial pressure drops.
 

NEW - HF Series High Flow Housings

The Nowata/ProGuard engineering and design team has developed a new range of high flow filter housings to optimize the performance of the Trapper HF Series filter elements. The HF Series housings can also be custom engineered in a wide range of materials and pressure ratings to meet the unique requirements of a demanding application.

Nowata Filtration is pleased to introduce a new range of multi-bag filter housings:

the Low Profile, WL Series Multi-Bag Filter Housings

The new Low Profile, WL Series Bag Filter Housings offer many convenient features that make bag change-out easier and more efficient. These features include:

• A low profile design which reduces housing height making filter bag change-outs easier.
• 2 closure styles available: Standard Spring Assisted Cover Lift or Optional Davit Closure .
• Spring Assisted Cover Lift allows quick and easy opening and closing of the WL filter housing.
  This is especially important when opening large diameter housings.

These multi-bag housings are available in 316 stainless steel and ASME code design, and are highly suited for many industrial filtration applications, including corrosive applications.

Amafiltergroup BV.

 New  Products Launch:    SNB and TNB Single Bag Housings

Nowata Filtration Introduces Two New Series of High Performance Filter Housings -
The Nowata SNB Series and TNB Series Filter Housings.

These new filter lines are cost-effective filter housings that are economical, durable and reliable.
The new TNB Series filter housing range offers an over the top entry with a bottom outlet and NPT
or flanged connection options. The SNB Series offers side inlet and a bottom outlet configuration.
Both the SNB and TNB Series of filter housings accommodate most commercially available # 1 or #2 size bag filters and are available in 304 or 316 stainless steel.  See More Here...

Redesigned and Expanded Website

Nowata, Oklahoma (Oct 2007) You've probably noticed the new look to our homepage by now, if not, you can view it here. We've redesigned the Nowata homepage and expanded the website in an effort to make the site navigation easier and to make our website a better resource for our distributors, representatives and our customers.

The new website includes the following features: 

We expect to offer additional new products in early 2008 that will allow our distributors and  representatives to expand their range of applications and customers.

  • New Market Application Information  - The new website highlights some of Nowata’s core Refinery and Petrochemical applications. In addition, we've added an application section on Biofuel Application Solutions. Nowata/amafiltergroup is one of the few companies that can offer biofuel plants a total range of filtration solutions.
     
  • Trade Shows  - We have added a section that highlights the Tradeshows we will be attending. A key addition to our tradeshow schedule is the National Bio-diesel Conference & Expo scheduled for Feb 2008. We expect to include additional shows in our 2008 schedule. You’ll also be able to see our new tradeshow booth.
     
  • News Section – We have added a News Section (you are viewing this page now) that makes it easy to find the latest additions to our product line, our website and other company news.

We expect 2008 to be a very dynamic year for Nowata/ProGuard Filtration. We expect to add more features that will allow our website to be a resource for all our distributors, representatives and customers.
